• Sharing login details with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without a refund.

4. Catering Services & Bookings

For bespoke catering events, detailed terms regarding procurement, staff allocation, and execution will be governed by a separate, mutually signed service agreement.

• We reserve the right to substitute menu ingredients based on seasonal availability and quality standards.
• Final guest counts must be confirmed within the timeframe specified in your contract.

• Users must refrain from posting offensive, defamatory, or spam content in our portals.
• Any breach of professional conduct may lead to immediate suspension of your access to our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality of education and service, Vedang Shah Hospitality is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or course strategies applied to your own business.

• Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service or course in question.
