Founder of a luxury catering label called Vedang Shah Hospitality, Vedang has an MBA in Business Design and Innovation from Welingkar Institute of Management. He has completed BBA in Marketing Management and LL.B from MS University Vadodara. He has worked in the corporate as a product manager in Bharat Matrimony in Chennai for 2 years before starting his first venture called Rolling Cones ice creams. Vedang has catered concept desserts in more than 2000 events all over India for most high profile events for over 10 years.
